I understand that all resident, client, and organizational information is strictly confidential. I will not share or disclose any identifying information about individuals I encounter through my volunteer service.

Professional Boundaries

I agree to maintain appropriate professional and personal boundaries with all residents and clients. I will not engage in personal relationships, exchange personal contact information, or provide services outside my designated volunteer role without authorization.

Privacy Policy

I understand that RecoverPurpose takes the privacy of its residents and clients seriously. I will not photograph, record, or share any content involving residents or the facility without explicit written authorization from leadership.

Media / Image Release

I grant RecoverPurpose permission to use my likeness in photographs and videos for organizational purposes. I may opt out of specific uses by notifying leadership in writing.
